Looking for a developer who can add a tab

Hello everyone

I would like to add in the middle of the right site of my site three "tabs". Similar to those common feedback tags. But these tags should link to a site and of course have an other text on it.

Anyone here you can tell me as a noob how this can be done, or would be interested in doing it for me. (paid).

Just got an idea for a workaround.

if there would be a free extensions that adds link to social media accounts (like fb, twitter) I then could replace those icons/links with symbols links of my own. No?

Does anyone know of such a free social profile link extension?
