Magento 2.1 limited products

Hi

I have no idea whats gone wrong. I have just created a new store ukwheels.com and it has 7000 products showing in admin area, but on each of the 3 listing pages it only has 500 products on each. It seems to be limiting to first 500 records?

Any pointers to where i go to trouble shoot this?

The live server is my deployed test server as we are not yet live.

you will see only 500 products

If you do any damage np, i have backed everything up

I have a site http://ukwheel.com in the backend it lists 7000 products but on the front end

500 should be 1,600

http://ukwheel.com/index.php/wheels.html
500 should be 9,000

http://ukwheel.com/index.php/wheels-tyres.html
500 should be 7000

I think i have limited the records to display at 500 by accident but i have no idea how i did this . Any idea?
