Magento 2.2.5 Autocomplete problem

Hello ,Recently upgraded to 2.2.5 and i have a problem with the search autocomplete .

It shows all the products but doesnt show any new products i enter on website .

It shows also deleted products if i delete from catalog.

Reindex and flush cache doesnt help .

Im using magento search not an extension

Anyone has a solution for this problem ?

i understand the problem you are facing !

so are you talking about search result ? or autocomplete/autosuggestion in the dropdown when we type something in searchbox ?

If possible also share the screenshot - so its help us to troubleshoot the issue !

Yes, Thats what I mean .Dropdown autocomplete/suggestion doesnt show my new products .
