Magento 2.3.3 migration from 1.9.2.3 - Setting migration error

Magento 2.3.3 migrate from Magento 1.9.2.3 getting an error,

 

In Config.php line 70:

Invalid config filename: vendor\magento\data-migration-tool\etc\opensource- 
to-opensource\1.9.2.3\config.xml

Live website migrate into my localhost Centos7-Nginx server Magento 2.3.3,

Localhost Magento home page URL : 192.168.1.64:8085

How to solve the error?

try to delete var/lock file existing into m2 and then try again

 

and pass params -r on setting migration

@Sunil Patel  After removing Var folder still not working, same error.

 

what is mean :  pass params -r on setting migration?

-r means reset and start from again

 

if same thing happen then remove m2 db and install magento 2 again and do migration

maybe your run multiple time so you need if not then run a simple second time and check it
