My client is having Magento 2 EE 2.3.5, I am required to make changes on their website, customization etc
How can I do development on my local machine?
Can I download all files from his live site and start doing changes? or
Can I do development in CE 2.3 locally and upload on EE 2.3, will this work? if not how can I download EE for development purpose
