Magento cart summry total get change.

I have magento 2.3.5 installation and there is strenge problem.

i add any no. of qty to cart and go to cart summary page it refreshed aftersome time and show total of one qty only.

Can you share what is showing Database quote table for this quote?

or please clear magento cache and try it incognito mode too. Thanks
