Magento default captcha is always shows "incorrect captcha"

Hello,

In our website, in magento 2.3.4 after entering even right captcha magento is showing "Incorrect Captcha".

Any solutions on this?

Please run the below command:

php bin/magento admin:user:unlock admin

I am receiving this error when customer trying to login from the frontend login page.

I also get the same error on 2.3.5 p1 with the customer login page if a password is entered wrong 3 times. The captcha is disabled, but then i cannot login with any customer.
