Magento vs ERP Integration

Good morning everyone from the forum.
Firstly sorry if I am doing something wrong as I am new to the community and my English is not very good.
I am not a Magento developer, I am building an integration between an ERP, and an eCommerce system developed in Magento.
ERP is developed in progress 4GL.
And I have the following question, I am using customerCustomerList to consult clients in Magento.
As a filter I am going as follows:

But is returning blank the array (customerCustomerEntity) is returning empty

- What am I doing wrong? Does not return integration errors.
- Is the date in the correct format?
