Magento vs ERP Integration

Good morning everyone from the forum.
Firstly sorry if I am doing something wrong as I am new to the community and my English is not very good.
I am not a Magento developer, I am building an integration between an ERP, and an eCommerce system developed in Magento.
ERP is developed in progress 4GL.
And I have the following question, I am using customerCustomerList to consult clients in Magento.
As a filter I am going as follows:
<? xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8" standalone = "no"?> <filters>
 <filter xmlns: ns0 = "urn: Magento" xmlns: soap-enc = "" soap-enc: arrayType = "ns0: associativeEntity [optional-value-count] ">
    <key> created_at </key>
    <value> 2019-10-29 </value>

But is returning blank the array (customerCustomerEntity) is returning empty
<? xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8" standalone = "no"?> <storeView xmlns: SOAP-ENC = "" xmlns: SOAP- ENV = "" xmlns: ns1 = "urn: Magento" xmlns: xsd = "" xmlns: xsi = "" SOAP-ENC: arrayType = "ns1: customerCustomerEntity [0]" xsi: type = "ns1: customerCustomerEntityArray">

- What am I doing wrong? Does not return integration errors.
- Is the date in the correct format?

Would anyone have any suggestions?
