I'm using Megamenu that comes with Ninth theme.
It was working fine for months and we noticed an issue yesterday where it wasn't working correctly in iOS devices.
When clicking on the menu on the homepage for example, we would see this: https://imgur.com/maJJUuz
What you should see is this: https://imgur.com/s8HE7eb
It was working on other pages but not the homepage. When I remove the slider at the top of the page, it started working. Which makes me think it's a conflict with that script.
But it didn't work on the categories page and when I deleted the mobile sidebar, the menu started working here too.
So it's now working ok as I've removed those from the site but we need that sidebar and would like to use the slider.
This is only a new issue, it was working fine last week. We made no changes to the site since then. It works fine on Android.Could it be an issue with an iOS update?
Hi @ger_stone
I checked for the issue you shared below. I found that the theme you have are using "javascript:void(0)" on the homepage menu items. I checked this on the theme demo link here.
And I found the same issue is raised on GitHub with IOS. I suggest you to remove that "Javascript:void" from menu. Here is a solution for this issue.
I think it will help you. OR you can talk to theme support of the company
Thanks

I've tried this solution and it was really helpful. Thank you!
Hey! I worked with this company before and I can confirm they're legit.

I had Cydia installed on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10.1, then I wasn't able to install any tweaks, so I decided to try and restore my device, then it auto-updated my phone to iOS 10.2.1. I know there's no jailbreak out right now for this iOS but is there any hope for one? I'm REALLY upset over this.
