Megamenu column count not working after upgrade to latest version.

Hi,

I have upgrade the Amasty megamenu from 2.2.0 to 2.4.0, but after upgrade the subcategories are not displaying in 4 coulums.

We have checked that the extension configuration is already set to 4 columns, but still it was not working and displaying subcategories in 9 or 10 columns instead of 4 columns.

Hi @Kiran ,

Please follow below checklist.

1) Make sure your magento version is compatible with Amasty Megamenu version.

2) Check Amasty Megamenu configuration's at Global, Website and Store view level. Sometime global version we can see some different saved values but at store view different counter available. So, please check that.

3) Check store configuration's as well as configuration available at Catalog => Categories section.

4) Refresh cache from cache management.

I have checked the configuration is same and using only the global configuration.
Only after upgrade to the latest version then the frontend column was not working.

Magento Version : 2.4.2
Megamenu : 2.4.0

Hi @Kiran ,

Seems it's working fine on Amaty's demo.

So, issue should be occurred because of other custom modules or theme.

Still I suggest to resave your column configuration and try again.

Like do it from 4 to 2 and refresh cache and check.
