Need Webkul Social Icon Module configuration

Is anyone using Webkul Social Icon Module? 

In 3 weeks, module does not work, yet I paid for support.  Now my site is broken and Webkul has still not fixed it.

All settings per Webkul's direction is done.  Don't know what to do at this point.  Thanks for your attention.

Configuration should be quite simple, you might be facing issue with not displaying in frontend. Could be due to custom theme.

I am waiting for your image to be approved by moderator so I can check it for you.
