Need a magento 2.3.3 multi source inventory GENIUS

Using Magento 2.3.3. 

Want to use Magento's Multi Source Inventory for my multi seller site.  No luck finding a magento expert who understands that each warehouse is a seller and to configure available shipping options (FEDEX, DHL, etc) for that warehouse (seller).

I know there is a Magento Genius here, PLEASE help get my shipping done.  Let me know how if you can do the project, fee and how many days.
