Out of stock product not showing price on category page

My configurable products which are out of stock are not presenting the price on the category page.
The only thing that is presented is the currency symbol
I've tried all suggestions I found online, but none helped.
Does anyone have any idea?

The whole price container isn't visible.

What if you change to Luma theme? Can you try to be sure if the problem is a module or the theme?

I tried changing over to Luma theme and the PriceBox doesn't get rendered.

In the category view and in the product view where the price usually gets rendered it shows out of stock.

So I'm looking for a way to render the price even though the item is out of stock.
