Phone Number Field is not showing in checkout page and Address Page

I do not know why but recently I have noticed that magento2.3 is not shoing PHone number in any where. not in the registration page not in the Customer address modification Page in eav_Attribute the telephone is also set to required Please help me thx

Hello  @Woshka 

Please verify the following things for the "Phone Number" fields:

1. Login into Magento Backend
2. Go to Store > Configuration
3. Go to Customers > Customer Configuration
4. Scroll down and check "Name and Address Options"
5. Check "Show Telephone" as "Required"
6. Click on the "Save Config" button
7. Flush the cache:
   1. Click on "Cache Management" from the header notification
   2. Select all and click on "Submit"
