Regarding display custom column in admin order grid near by Order Id column

I want to show custom columns into admin order grid so how can I achieve this ?

Have you tried using the cog to select columns in admin view and then reordering? Here are some notes on it in Magento 2 http://docs.magento.com/m2/ce/user_guide/stores/admin-grid-layout.html

Yes, but in that only shows default order columns of order and I want to show my custom order field into order grid of admin
