Remove parent categories from subcategory URLs

Hello, I would like to remove the parent categories from the subcategory URL.

For example, I would like to change:

www.magento2.com/Category1/Category2/Category3/Category4

to

www.magento2.com/Category4

Is there any way to programmatically remove parent category from subcategory URL?

 I have seen different options but none valid

Thank you so much Vimal, I have tried to do it but when I do all the steps, it doesn't work. The menu of the web has disappeared and when I try to enter to catalog >>> categories (backoffice), fails. Attachment screenshot. The same error occurs in all categories in the front and back office.

Is there any other way? Since it is quite important for SEO, I have many subcategories.

Can you share or check the error in the var/report folder? there will be a error file with the same name which is showing in image.
