I have Magento 2.1.5 and would like to know if there is an possibility to send newsletter per customer group.

I reckon you are referring to Customer Segmentation.

CS is a native Magento EE feature but it doesn't come in Magento CE package. You may need to buy a thirdparty extension.

I hope that somebody will develop a Magento 2.1 extension, which allows to send newsletters and price lists, incl. Newsletter template to specific customers groups
