Shipped on [date] via UPS® Ground, tracking number [ABC]

Hi all,

I got a question from client about message "Shipped on [date] via UPS® Ground, tracking number [ABC]". It is sometime included in Shipment email, sometime not. See image https://i.ibb.co/G2Nky0C/image.png  I checked magento code and did not see it anywhere. Our client is using ShipStation. Anyone know how the message included? Is it from ShipStation?

The tracking number might be added in the shipment while generating it or else it might be set to generate dynamically.
