Shipping Method text not being displayed

Hi,

We added this in design also as we are new to Magento and not sure if it sould be under programming>

We have created a flat rate shipping and a free shipping option on our site at southernrecords.co.uk.

The actual monetary values show but the descriptions ar not displayed.

When you move onto Review and Payment it displayes both the title and the monetary value (although they are not well formatted).

Any help would really be appreciated as we are pretty new to Magento2

Strange, you mean at the shipping method step? I think I was able to see it fine:

Hi Tom,

We had problems with the htaccess file which are ISP changed - something to do with versioning and the access levels it was set at.
