Hi,
I am working on Magento 2.1.
When I try to import the csv for table rates, it is throwing an exception as below:
Please help me resolve this as I am unable to add or modify the table rates.
Steps which replicated the issue:
1. Goto Store-->Configuration-->Sales-->Shipping Methods-->Table Rates
2. Enable Table Rates
3. Select the Store View from the right side top corner
4. Export the CSV format for table rates
5. Edit the CSV file and Import the file
6. Click on 'Save Config'
7. You will receive an error as in the attachment.
