Show product based on group user

how can I show product based on user group ? I've created group for my user, but I need to show this or this product based on group

Is it possible without extension ?

This is not a native feature of Magento, you have to use the plugin for this feature:

Yes, everything is possible with programmatically but it might be a major change. Like you have to filter out product collection based on customer group. You have to restrict product object based on customer group, so better to use the plugin.
