The details of purchase not being received in gmail

The details of the purchase, for example order number and other details are being sent for specific domains email ids, such as bhavana.h@crede.com, where as for the gmail account its not being delivered, any solutions please

Have you checked in gmail Spam folder ? sometimes domain name emails are gone in the spam folder if that is not allowed from gmail settings so ?

check in spam folder email might be delivered there

or else let us know more details so it will help us to troubleshoot the issue.

No, its not even present in spam folder also.

have you checked error log ? or checked with the email service you are using ? what flag you  get there when email is not delivered to gmail account.

Yeah, and the sales details from magento can be received through company email ids, but only its not going to gmail, is there any setting in admin section to remove specific mail domain??

To fix the problem - Navigate to System > Configuration > Advanced > System > Mail sending settings > Set return path > YES
