Transfer all _sales & _customer tables from one magento database to another WITHOUT overwriting.

Hello Magento World,

 

I have successfully exported from an old magento database all the mg_sales & mg_customer fields to transfer customers and orders over to my new database which has been running for a week and has had a few orders which I don't want to lose.

 

When I imported these tables (from old database to new) they completely overwritten the existing data.

 

I had to restore the database back but really need these orders moving over

 

Any help would be appreciated, I am unfamiliar with SQL so please go gentle.

 

Both sites running Magento CE 1.9.2.4
