I want to create my Own Pharmacy Store Like www.damsonpharmacy.com, is there any Suggestion for me?

Please explain me in brief, I am newbie in this field.

1. Create the UI/UX layout based on the business requirements and features

2. Make the layout works in a responsive way

3. Convert those layouts into a Magento website with the help of Magento Developers

4. Integrate Payment and Shipping gateway

5. Test the staging website 

6. Make it to the live 

There is a pre-development process where you need to have the requirement gathering and documentation that would help you with the development. There's also the server setup part. You can ask DevOPs to setup two sites on the server; one is staging, and one the live! So you can double-check before having the actual deployment.
