colon excluding from magento 2 url

Hi , i have a  button link ,In the time of clicking  the url redirecting to new tab and it's excluding colon from that url  .

excluding colon url : http//183.82.107.115:8888/aeroflow/

can any one help me on that ?

Please try with:

urlencode($url)
