creating module WEBAPI on custom EAV in magento 2.1

I'm trying to write an extension for Magento 2.1. This must use a Custom EAV related to products with webapi, because is for multistore. Is there a guide to do it or maybe some hints, I've already tried to replicate the product behaviour, but it's too complicate.

I've also already read Magento 2 Developer guide about the EAV model, but it doesn't use repository and API.

No way, I'm still searching a guide. I see a lot of thing are changed on EAV from the 2.0 to 2.1 version
