If I understand your question correctly you would like to add additional column on Product Grid in Magento Admin. This field should show profit per product. Can you please share more information on what should be included into the calculation of profit field?
Are you looking for a calculation of a profit field based on Order Item base_price and this is a summary of all order_items per product?
