$mode in a widget .phtml file

I am sure I am searching for the wrong thing. Where can I find out more about what $mode does within the widget phtml file and what other options are available for that variable?

Is it just List and Grid?

Hello @Intwire

When you will add the widget into the page, it will ask list mode or grid mode.

There is two value

1)grid

2)list

If it will be answer of your question then mark as solution,
