problem billing adress order

Hello,

In orders list the colum, Adresse de billing adress is encoded end not readable.

is it noamaly ?

For sample :

FcfDZEr10ofj/wJC+omzyw==,FwDOfLc/H765zj/qcEl7yaq165XamVgxtfq0mnYngoQ=,Brazey-en-Plaine,21470

And in Mysql is Also encoded

But in the customer area the adress is correct

How to solve it ?
