2.2.2 Terms & Conditions During Checkout

When going through the checkout process we have a checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. Whenever a customer selects the checkbox and places the order it is rejected with the following error:

"Please agree to all the terms and conditions before placing the order."

Does anybody know the fix for this?

Are you using a custom theme?

If you check with Luma you get the error too?

I am using custom theme but seems this error is showing for online payment methods not for offline payment methods. I am facing the same after upgrade to M2.2.3. Please let me know if you have fixed this.

I am getting this error for all of the payment methods. not only for Paypal. Please could help me with this issue? Thanks
