2.3.5-p1 TAX Calculation still wrong (16 instead of 19%)

Hey everyone,

I neeeeeed help. I thought upgrading to the newest Version of Magento would fix the issue but it doesn't.

I need to calculate 19% VAT for German Customers and in my english store view 20% VAT.

Everything is set to INCLUDE TAX. Apply Tax after Discount. Apply Discount On Prices is set to EXCLUDE TAX.

But Magento still calculating the VAT with 16%.

Does anybody has a fix for me? It's frustrating :-(

German tax is actually reduced for most product from July 1st until end of the year ( https://www.globalvatcompliance.com/germany-standard-vat-rate-reduced-from-19-to-16-percent-and-redu... ).

I think there are some special exceptions through.

I know but it's not solving the calculation issue. What do I tell HRMC in the United Kingdom? Sorry: My Magento is only calculating 16% no matter what. But Hey, Germany lowered the VAT ;-) how about you?
