2 related dropdown of configurable product is not working

Hi,

I have added 2 dropdown attributes with the configuration option in the product. The second dropdown depends on the first one. If I deactivate or delete one product in the configuration the product from the same combination does not populate in the dropdown. 

I have attached the picture below for your reference.

KIndly help!!!! Stuck here for so long.
