Any solution for the PHP version, cause i'm running PHP 7.3.5, and the installation system required PHP version is ~7.1.3||~7.2.0, I'm very disappointment with this issue in magento. Other technologies like opencart or virtuemart handle any version of PHP.

Best answer. I can now take no actions in my root directory. Thanks mate.

Edit: replaced files chmod to 755, followed instructions, a step forward (not fully fixed my issue)
