502 Bad gateway nginx error on accesing the new item api

I have uploaded a new items csv via ftp. on accessing it via URL, it must be created. but it is failed. 

URL : https://renovate.thechennaisilks.com/new_item/

CSV path: /var/www/sftp/Csv_file/upload/Inbound/Item

On loading the URL, the products in the CSV file placed in the above path must be created. But it is failed. 

On loading the page, log file says that found the file and connected.

502 error doesn't matter for me. Just new products must be created . I couldn't find what is the issue.  Kindly anyone help me

Maybe you missed a filename

Like : https://renovate.thechennaisilks.com/new_item/x.csv ??

Also i have no idea what procedure you people following for create a new products

For this line:

"On loading the URL, the products in the CSV file placed in the above path must be created. But it is failed"

I can help you for this if you clearly explained about the above line
