Hi, I am using Magento 2, after install SMTP and I want to send test email, but I am not sure why have this error：“A technical problem with the server created an error. Try again to continue what you were doing.” I search and tried solution, such as reindex, create and use new account to login. But problem still exist.

If you are using Mageplaza SMTP module then make sure you have installed the latest version of Mageplaza Core module.

Have you added all the SMTP related settings and configurations ? including port details as well ?
