Add-delete categories are not showing in fresh installation of Magento 2

After a fresh installation i cant see Add or Delete Categories.Buttons

Anyone can help me to solve this issue ?

Im. Using Magento ver. 2.2.1 in Shared Hosting

Could you run below command,

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

[Factor3ARG]

Before post this message I tried reindex files, without success.

The only way I have found to solve this issue has been upgrade to the latest Magento 2.2.3 version (overiting files).

I'm sorry, but I've already solved the problem; I can't take a screenshot anymore.

I solverd upgrading (and overitting all files) with the latest version of Magento .
