Adding Emoji in Meta title

How do I add emoji in my meta title? Currently, I'm using Magento 2.2.9 version. we have tried to add Decimal HTML Entity & Hexadecimal HTML Entity. it shows like this but not adding in the page source like this.

on the result, we can't get update meta with emojis in the google search result. can anyone please help me out of this?
