Admin - multiple redirect issue

Hello All,

I have installed my custom extension on the website and after installation admin started giving multiple or too many redirect issue. Please see below URL:

https://magento.blinko.in/porto/admin123/

I have already gone through this forum - https://community.magento.com/t5/Installing-Magento-2-x/Error-too-many-redirects/td-p/89153 and checked other relevant details. Other details are the same.

Please help m  out with this.
