Admin panel issue

Hello, i've got some trouble with the magento installation. The admin panel isn't working, the link when you click on the menu isn't working.

I've already tried to change the acces rights of all folders in magento.

Can you give me a solution please ? or define steps to take please.

@karussel, You have to run command,

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

Run deploy command,

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

Run Clear cache and also clear browwer cache.

Give full permission to var folder and pub/media and pub/static folder.

if issu resolved, Click Accept as Solutions.

I am having the same problem . I cannot access Magento Admin Panel. I am not a 

programmer or code writer . Who can i call to get help with making this change on my
