Hi,

I'm trying to find product using search keyword(M2.3.5-p1 backend product grid) but it's taking more time to bring results like 2-3 mins. which is fine on M1.9

Enable flat table from admin configuratin and run indexer command:

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

It will improve your product search.

Can you check process-list in MySQL or any sleep queries in database? Find out if there any query converting to sleep or taking time to fetch data.

How can I check this? I'm very new to M2.3.5

do you have new relic? you can check using this. Or you can run show processlist command in mysql when loading grid in admin. You will find all queries which taking time or if there any sleep queries also will be there.
