Bug item in navigation

Hello,

I have an issue in navigation menu,

the showing of categories in nav is disabled, but frontend still keep showing menu item that is not listed in Categories in admin. After creating it and I deleted it recently. Please check link to the the store in delepment

Regaly, police is still showing, it has path that doesnt exist

Please advise how it can be fixed.

Here is picture how Categories look in backend, and here is how they look in Product backend category tree picker. They are different, is it bug, or Im doing smtg wrong?
