I'm trying to use the magento console but nothing happens.
Everytime I run a command returns empty (no errors).
Did some found this problem?
There's some recomendation to try to debug this?

Explain exactly what you have done. You should cd into the magento/bin root directory then use:
php magento cache:flush
That wasn't the problem and I wasn't able to reproduce the error.
This issue can be considered as closed but I don't have an explanation.
