Can not resolve reCAPTCHA parameter.

Hi all

I see in my exception:

main.ERROR: Can not resolve reCAPTCHA parameter. {"exception":"[object] (Magento\\Framework\\Exception\\InputException(code: 0): Can not resolve reCAPTCHA parameter. at /var/www/public_html/vendor/magento/module-re-captcha-ui/Model/CaptchaResponseResolver.php:25)"} []

Any one there know what it is ?

Seems like issue with keys and not handled properly in Magento, but fixed it now, check this https://github.com/magento/security-package/pull/175

i am also facing this issue i tried common solutions like:

• restarting device
• reconnecting internet
• updating 
• and other fixes

but no one works for me... Really need solution for this

I am getting this ERROR also.  Magento 2.4.1-p1 CE, running on Debian 10.

Has anyone successfully resolved this? and if so what is the fix for it?

Also, I switched my store from production mode to developer mode, but am receiving the reCAPTCHA ERROR in the exception.log regardless of mode.
