Can save the configuration setting, but it doesn't change

I can save my configuration settings, but when the page is reloaded there is nothing changed.

Example: I will change the Region/State. I fill in "Limburg" (is now Antwerpen). I save this. No errors, everything is fine. But when the page is reloaded the Region/State is still "Antwerpen". In the fronted is it also not changed.

What is going on?

Hello @nielnijns ,

Please try to flush the cache from admin.

To do that, go to the Admin Panel> System> Cache Management

Select all Cache Types which is disabled, click drop-down menu and select Refresh and click Submit.
