Can't log into Magento 1.9.2.4 Admin Panel

Never encountered this problem before. Since this morning, we enter our Login details and nothing happens. The page refreshes and that’s all. No error message unless I type in incorrect details.

I have tried different browsers, deleted cookies and cache, resetted. I just keep receiving the same errorless refresh?

I am a Magento novice and any help would be much appreciated!

IF no error is returned and you are redirected to the same login page then tt looks like a Magento form key issue.

I recommend trying incognito/private browser and then report back if it fixes it.

i have the same problem all the stuff written on the internet i do but nothing happened 
it redirects me to the same login page and in the url section it shows something like this 
http://redomart-com.stackstaging.com/index.php/magentotest/index/index/key/c0bde0db0e0a283cc723f98c7...
