This one is a real head scratcher!
I cancelled an eBay order, this shows as cancelled on the 13th/08/20. This is correct.
5 days later the same purchase shows in magento under Sales -> Orders. With the order status 'processing'. If I didn't recognise the name I would have sent the order?
Can anyone help avoiding this issue in the future?
