Catalog Attribute “Manage attributes - edit product attributes not working

Catalog Attribute “Manage attributes - edit product attributes - when I try to enter data into the fields and "Save" or "Save and Continue" it does not work, nor can I delete obsolete admin options. Is there a fault or a way around this ?

In Magento exist predefined list attributes that are called system attributes. You cannot remove them as they are required.

Please, specify what exactly attribute you are trying to modify and what values you add to what exactly fields.
