Catalog page is not filling in the grid

Hi!

Wondering why the following is happening: 
https://asianeyeshop.com/sunglasses/adult-frames.html

The grid doesn't fill up the requested 12. It's just showing the first 8 products. 

Anyone know of a solution? We've tried reindexing

Seems like you have changed to the query on listing page block file.

Magento had an existing issue that if we use group statement in listing query then the correct count of products doesn't show up.

can you cross check once if you have added your custom query anywhere ?

Hi @gaurav_harsh1 ! Thanks for the response. 

We have not made any modifications to the Magento grid query though.
