Category Banner Image Not Showing

Hi, we have the most current version of Magento, 2.3 and we just migrated to a new hosting company (Nexcess). For some reason the category image is not showing now on the live site. It shows in the admin that it's there, but it's not showing up live on the site. Any suggestions on what to look for?

Did you check in inspect element that what is the path of the image? Please paste it here for better analysis.

You are missing "pub" directory in path. This is the correct path of your image.

And it is showing up.

If your media path in admin is setup correct then this should be a good place to look at:
